Symptoms
PeopleCode error accessing MSS Manage Succession Plans
Customer used Configure Folders Tab to hide tabs in MSS > Succession Planning > Manage Succession Plans page. If user removes the tab TAB02 (Compare to Role) from SPMSS_P_TOP in page name definition HR_SUCC_PLN_MGR, getting PeopleCode error when navigating to Manage Succession Plans after selecting an individual.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to MSS > Succession Planning > Manage Succession Plans page
2. Remove the tab TAB02 (Compare to Role) from SPMSS_P_TOP in page name definition HR_SUCC_PLN_MGR
3. Above error occurs.
