E-WF: PSWORKLIST Error On Insert; 'ORA-25408: can not safely replay call' On Oracle Environments Running TAF (Doc ID 1579965.1)

On : Worklist Component
Transparent Application Failover (TAF) implemented.
PT 8.52.09 or above
Oracle 11 Database version.

Periodic error with workflow submission, when Worklists are involved. Tried submitting again ~20 minutes later, the transaction goes through.

PT_AMM_WF Application Engine (AE) program goes No Success, when Worklists are configured for notification.

Any processing that does INSERT INTO PSWORKLIST can see this occur.
 

Online error;

 The issue can NOT be reproduced at will.  The following steps have been observed when error occurs:

 1. Perform submission of workflow configured to generate Worklist.
 2. Note error occurs periodically.
 3. Retry allows transaction to go through.
