EAM: AMDPREPT creates incorrect YTD Depreciation amount in the Depreciation Reporting Table

Symptoms
After a transfer transaction has been performed on an asset, the Load Depr Reporting Table process (AMDPREPT) creates an incorrect Year To Date Depreciation value (DEPR_YTD) in the Depreciation Reporting Table (PS_DEPR_RPT).
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add asset and run the depreciation calculation process.
2. Transfer asset and run the depreciation calculation process.
3. Run the Load Depreciation Reporting Table process (AMDPREPT) for the asset.
