Symptoms
Sourcing>Business unit definition with ‘permit award to previous round’ is checked.
Create event with 5 lines and invited 5 vendors
4 bidders enter bids
Award line: lines 1 and 2 to bidder 1, then change line 2 to counter and go to create new round
Vendor responded to round 2
Analyze event for round 1, award lines 3, 4, 5 to the second bidder and then change line 3 to counter for 3 bidders then go to create new round
a series of error encountered:
Data being added conflicts with existing data. (18,2) (18058,699)
