In Regional Page, Ethnic Group Value Displays in Other Country Flags (Doc ID 1588396.1)

Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Modify a Person. Then go to the 'Regional" page, PERSONAL_DATA3.

Data Entry under USA flag: Regulatory Region = USA, Ethnic Group = Any Value.

There are few issues on this page:
  1) When entering Ethnic Group values under USA Country flag, the same value appears under Singapore and other countries. In no other place within the system does data entered under 1 flag get displayed automatically under other flags.
  2) When click on the + Button a new row is added to all other countries also.
  3) The scroll buttons are not working properly when there are multiple Ethnic Grps recorded.
  Example if there are 2 the display says "1 of 2". I click the scroll button to see # 2 and then can't get back to #1.
  4) On "View All", clicking "View 1" doesn't work.
