The following error message is logged to "errorLog.html" when deploying a search definition and/or when building a search index:
3) If building a search index, it is possible that no errors are recorded (to process monitor log). However, if you run a search, no results are found. (and the search bar shows just “ALL” and “MENU” (see document 1534166.1)
