Last updated on JULY 21, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In Time and Labor 9.1,

We are in the process of implementing PeopleSoft Time and Labor (version 9.1) for 30,000+ employees. We are considering implementing the Apply Rules button on the Employee Self Service timesheet. We are concerned about disk usage, performance, accessibility, etc of concurrent users for the Apply Rules functionality.

Can you please provide responses for the following:
1. Does configuration max Temp Table Instances of 99 accurately represent the maximum concurrent users?
2. Are there additional parameters that would limit concurrent users?
3. Can Oracle provide Technical Brief?
4. What is Oracle’s recommendation – should we attempt to implement this functionality?
