Symptoms

Sample Environment:

PeopleTools 8.52.09
HCM environment - upgrade env

Issue:
----------
The environment's node PSFT_HR is a working Node and pings successful. The Integration Network WorkCenter shows that the node network is not configured.

Expected behaviour:
------------------------

The Integration Network WorkCenter should show that the node network is configured.
