Symptoms
Users are experiencing the error, "Page data is inconsistent with database." when saving and submitting requisitions
Record INSTALLATION_KK.LAST_PRCS_INSTANCE database value "584777" page value "584774"
ERROR - Page data is inconsistent with database. (18,1)
A change to the following row caused this error:
Record: INSTALLATION_KK
This can be replicated with multiple people in the system, creating
requisitions, budget checking and submitting all at the same time.
