Symptoms
The issue is that charts in the Pivot Grid Wizard are no longer rendered and the screen is blank.
The charts in the Pivot Grid Wizard should render and display.
Application & Version: PT 8.53.08

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Wizard
2. Search By =

Significance to business operation is critical. Our go live is now going to be pushed out as using pivot grids is one of the main reasons we are going to upgrade in the first place.
Note: It was later determined that problems with the Work Center pages were also having an issue due to this bug. The fix for this bug also resolved another customer's issues they were having with Work Centers where the corrupt style sheets was causing their issue with work center. " Instead of displaying graphics for the pagelet icons, it shows the text for Reload Personalize Configure. The IB Configure Network pagelet shows at the bottom with the text Minimize Expand instead of the graphic for these actions."
