Symptoms
Job Opening Approval URL generated incorrectly. This is caused due to changes made to the Application Package EOAW_UTILITIES.PORTAL.portalURL.
REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure the job opening needs Approvals while creation.
2. Make sure the notification is sent to approver while a job opening is created.
3. Create a job opening with required position, hiring details.
4. Click the link on the Notification mail received by the approver.
5. The link is incorrect and takes the user to an error page.
