Can Default Users Provided in the Delivered HRMS PeopleSoft Product be Deleted? (Doc ID 1622202.1)

After installing PeopleTools 8.53, we found a lot of default users (about 200 user profiles) are in PeopleSoft application. For example:

HAM [PS]Absence Mgmt Core - User
HAM_K0W001 AM2PNA Manager
HAM_K0W007 AM Employee
HAM_K0WEAA Alan Costello (EA Admin)
HBN [PS] Benefits - User
HCO_KUZ008 [PS] Jeanette Anna Lee - MGR
HCRARG [PS] HRMS Argentina - User
HCRAUS [PS] HRMS Australia - User
HCRCAN_KC0002 [PS] Kirby Dunbar - MGR
HCRNLD [PS] HRMS Netherlands - User
HCRNLD_KNG001 [PS] Guido Maarschalk - MGR
HCRNLD_KNG003 [PS] Gerrit Mastenbroek - EE

Can these users be deleted? Is there a default user ID which should be retained for PeopleSoft to work successfully?
