Symptoms

Windows Scheduler PS_HOME\appserv\prcs\SchedulerName\files\XMLP has 200,000 directories that contain a mixture of XML documents, .xsl, .rtf, etc. created by the Communication Generation (CommGen) process. CommGen data is stored in a series of PeopleSoft tables and when the “View Generated Communication” link is clicked, the xml data stored in these tables gets merged into the XMLP template and renders in a new window for viewing. If the files in the directories on the scheduler are not needed, what is causing them to be saved in that location?
