ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running report print and creating the PDF file of Current Document in ePerformance (using XMLP "EP_EVAL") on the PT8.53 environment,
the label of "Description" shown in English instead of Japanese.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When running report print and creating the PDF file of Current Document in ePerformance (using XMLP "EP_EVAL") on the PT8.53 environment,
the label of "Description" should be shown in Japanese.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Performance Management > My Performance Documents > Current Documents
2. Click on Print symbol.
3. The PDF generated includes 'Description' in English instead of Japanese.
