Symptoms
Credit Card data is not displaying in Cardholder Profile
The data is in the PS_CC_CARD_DATA_EX record but does not display on the page. We discovered that if we do an SQL update on the table and set the CC_CARD_FUNCTION field = 'PRCR' the data will display on the page. Currently the rows are getting created with a blank value in that field. There is PostBuild PeopleCode on the CC_EE_PROFILE Component that controls the display of CC data and it only shows rows that have 'PRCR'.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Run a select on PS_CC_CARD_DATA_EX
2) Select an employee id where CC_CARD_FUNCTION field = blank
3) Navigate to Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Definitions > Cardholder Profile
4) Check on the Card Data, its not populated even though data exists.
