Student Receipts are not printing thru Cashiering with Bi Publisher (Doc ID 1679804.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9 Student receipts do not print using BI Publisher.

After pressing the create receipt button the printer hums and ejects a blank page.   No receipt information is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate: Student Financials --> Cashiering --> Post Student Payments
  2. Enter a Target and a Tender and the amount of the payment
  3. Click on the Create Receipt pushbutton and the payment will post
  4. Click on the Print Receipt pushbutton and the receipt should print to the printer defined on Valid Registers.

 Upgraded PeopleTools to version 8.53 and CD 9 Bundle 31 Bi Publisher Cashiering Receipts
