Symptoms


When trying to view an attachment in the Project Costing > Project Costing Definition > General Information - Attachments page, the following message is received. When clicked on the hyperlink, it is taking the user to the sign-on page.


Replication Steps

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > URLs - Open URL - PC_PROJECTS_DOC_ATTACHMENT.
  2. URL Definition populated as FTP://ComputerName/DirectoryPath/
  3. Navigate to Project Costing > Project Costing Definition > General Information. Open a Project and Go to the Attachments tab
  4. Try to attach and view the attachments
  5. Receive a message as indicated above.

A similar setup for URL definition is working in other areas like AR which uses the URL definition of CUST_CONVER_ATT
