Symptoms
Multiple contracts can be selected on Procurement Contracts >Copy contract Page even though only one contract can be selected for copy.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement Contracts > Copy From Contract
2. Able to select multiple contracts but only the last contract selected is copied
