Symptoms
Outlook file can't be downloaded from file voucher file attachment.
Steps/Sequence of Events
Attach a message file from Outlook to a Voucher.
After attaching, try to view the attached file.
The content of the message file cannot be viewed as normal. It is displayed as series of various characters and symbols.
