 The COBRA Administration process errors with the following:

No Benefit Programs Found

Application Program Failed
In Pgm Section  : GET-PROGRAMS                                        

Application Program Failed
In Pgm Section  : TABLE-ACCESS(PSPBATBL)                              

COBRA did not finish at 11:28:28.26 !!!!!

The last select statement executed is:
