Symptoms

Employee Profiles are not being updated with Course/Session information. Is there a Integration Broker message that needs to be run?

Description of issue:

Course Session page
-------------------------------
When I put the Course/Session into a ‘Completed Status’ and select SAVE the PS_TRAINING records are updated BUT the Integration broker piece does seem to run.

Path: Enterprise Learning>Define Course/Cost Details>Course Session
Enter Course Number – select the session you want to Complete.
Screen shot of the Course/Session page that starts the process. Change from Active to Complete and Save

Person Profile Page
-----------------------------
The Person Profile Page should be updated after the process had been completed: NO Updates are shown

Path: Workforce Development> Profile Management>Person Profiles – Enter EMPLID – select Qualifications Tab – Select ID you need to review under Licenses & Certificatons – should reflect new Issue Date of 08/13/2014 and Expiration Date of 08/13/2016.

Training Summary page
----------------------------------
Shows the training record has been updated.

Course Setup page
---------------------------
Prereqs,Goals: This is the setup to update the qualifications data during the process.

Integration Broker Monitoring page
--------------------------------------------------
Only Queue was updated when a New Hire was added to the updated test region to make sure that the Integration broker was up and running:
Path: PeopleTools> Integration Broker> Service Operations Monitor> Asynchronous Services
