How To Mass Update the Onhand Quantity of Newly Created Items (Doc ID 1932857.1)

Goal

Say that you have created many new Inventory Items by using one of these methods:

* manually by using the 'Define Item' page (navigation: Items, Define Items and Attributes, Define Item) and the 'Define Business Unit Item' page (navigation: Items, Define Items and Attributes, Define Business Unit Item),
* by copy of existing Items (navigation: Items, Define Items and Attributes, Copy Item),
* by using Item Templates (navigation: Items, Configurable Item Templates, Item Add),
* by using the ExcelToCI utility and the IN_MST_ITM_XLS Component Interface as well as the 'Item Loader' process (IN_ITMLOAD) (navigation: SCM Integrations, Process Transactions, Items, Item Loader).

How do you mass update the onhand quantity of these new Items?
