Wrapping of Case Notes with Long Text Description not working when View button is clicked. (Doc ID 1936565.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from PeopleTools 8.49 to PeopleTools 8.53.11, Support Case Notes with long text Description is not wrapping up or truncated when View button is clicked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Long text should be wrapped correctly in View Notes page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Support > Search Case, open an existing Case
2. Click to Notes tab, add a new note entering the following text in Details field:

http://slaaa:8202/psp/C900GXIU/EMPLOYEE/CRM/s/WEBLIB_PTPP_SC.HOMEPAGE.FieldFormula.IScript_AppHP?pt_fname=CR_SUPPORT&FolderPath=PORTAL_ROOT_OBJECT.CR_SUPPORT&IsFolder=true

3. Click on Apply Note button then save.

4. Select the note just added then click on View button. The text is not showed correctly (part of it gets cut off).


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users on production cannot see content of Case Notes if text added is very long.
