Symptoms
HR Notification (Application Engine HCSC_NOTIFY ) is running for 11 hours to send an announcement to 50000 employees.
*The email notification has the same perfomance issue.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification >HR Notification
2. Select Announcement or Email Notification
3. Use a Company or Department with 50000 employees.
