Symptoms

Customers using any 3rd party external authentication enabled as well as PeopleSoft password controls enabled on the signon peoplecode page will at some point experience a problem with their external user accounts getting locked in PeopleSoft due to failed logins reaching the max number.. Once the user account is unlocked they are able to authenticate successfully.
