Goal

What scripts need to be run to populate workcenter tables?

When trying to access workcenter at Manager Self Service > Time Management > Time and Labor work center, user cannot see pages and get below error:
You are not authorized to access this component.

The user had the security for accessing workcenter and still not able to access it.

Also noticed that the TL data e.g delivered configuration id TLWC is missing under Enterprise Components>WorkCenter/Dashboards>Configure Pagelets .
