On : 9.1 version,AWE eMail Notifications

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an approver edits a requisition and makes a change the line level approval email notification does not consolidate, but incorrectly sends an email for each line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The lines on the email should get consolidated into one email with multiple lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition with multiple lines.
2. Save and submit the req
3. Log in as the approver and make a edit the req.
4. Make a change to the req.
5. Save and submit the req.
6. Check email account of the pending approver.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are receiving duplicate emails.
