 User had the following question regarding the how to set up a common Personlization Welcome Page set up for all of their users

1st question : The user B wants exactly the same setup that another user hs created under their personalization.  How can we deliver this setup from one user to another ?

2nd question : A user often uses the production database, but also pre production database and tests databases and non regression database etc.  This user user wants to have the same setup whatever the database he connects: how can we deliver this setup for the same user to other database ?
