Symptoms
When uploading a particular SCORM1.2 course content, the Administrator is receiving an error message.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1) Log in as Administrator
2) Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Activities > { select Activity with web content }
3) Go to the Learning Component page > edit Web-based contest, upload SCORM 1.2 content and save
