Symptoms
This issue was reported for Linux and Windows Platforms running PeopleTools 8.52 and 8.53.
The PSAPPSRV process would fail to restart following either a Tuxedo Service Timeout event, or a process Exception.
In the APPSRV_MMDD.LOG the following error message would be seen:
