Symptoms
Direct report set for this replication is by "Department manager id". However this can be replicated for any other direct report setup.
On HRMS 9.1 Bundle #16, a manager having direct reports where the empl_rcd value is not 0 , cannot access the data for the additional information . System triggers an error “You do not have access to this data”.
This is a problem for employees with empl_rcd=0. Also not all empl_rcd=1 employees have this issue . Only some of them have this problem .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main menu > Manager Self Service > View employee personal info
2. Select a direct report having empl_rcd=1
3. Click on any of the additional information links on the left .
