ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Getting Kicked out off active session when Portal (PIH) makes request to Content Provider

We noticed that when a user logs into our Portal environment where we have Unified Navigation Configured, a user gets kicked out of an active session and sent to the login page. This happens consistently, however it occurs at different points between the navigation process to the content system. We notice that sometimes the 'kick out' occurs as we drill down the menu navigation into the content provider (in our case ELM, CRM, HCM or FSCM), while at other times, the 'kick out' occurs when we try to navigate to the content by selecting the unified navigation content folder. So technically, the user is getting kicked out when 'content getter' receives a reply.

Based on our conversation with Oracle Support today, we are attaching the relevant logs as well.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to navigate to content from PIH.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIH
2. Navigate to Main Menu> ELM> learning management
3. user gets redirected to login page
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot drill down to content pages.
