Cannot Generate .LIS File When Using POXMLP (BI Publisher) to Dispatch PO's, Therefore the Third Party FAX Software is not Sending the PO to the Supplier (Doc ID 1958700.1)

When 'Enable XML Publisher' is selected for 'Dispatch Process' under the Purchasing Installation Options, the Application Engine PO_DISPATCH will not generate an .LIS file as the output. It will only generate a PDF. Currently the Fax software is setup to look for .LIS files as that is what was used when using POPO005.SQR. Now, the Fax software is not sending the PO to the vendor.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Financials/Supply Chain -> Installation Options, select Purchasing and check 'Enable XML Publisher' under 'Dispatch Process'
2. Dispatch a PO via FAX
3. Files created will be .CTL (the control file) and .PDF (the PO)
