Symptoms
Data in PSQRYFIELDLANG / PSQRYBINDLANG / PSQRYDEFNLANG records gets deleted after modifying a translate query in Query Manager.
Replication steps
------------------
1. Reporting tools > Query > Query Manager
2. Search the a translated query
3. Click on the hyperlink 'EDIT'
4. The user is able to make some changes on the query. No need to change something, click directly on SAVE button.
5. The values are deleted on PSQRYFIELDLANG record
