Requisition lines source PO as they get approved.
Noticed that PO_AUTO_SRC process is picking up requisition lines as they get approved instead of waiting until the whole requisition is approved.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create requisition multiple lines:
Line 1 is status = Pending
Line 2 is status = Approved.

2. Run PO_AUTO_SRC.
PO created for line 2.
