Symptoms
Functional user reported that the business unit and department was not saving correctly when enrolling in training.
After further research, it looks like the employee record is also not saving correctly.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Administer Training>Student Enrollment>Enroll individually
2. Enter KU0422 and search for empl rcd 2
3. Note that department defaults correctly but empl rcd changes to 0 which is incorrect.
