Symptoms
Source Header Unlock Not Unlocking Budget Journal Header By Not Resetting BUDGET_HDR_STATUS Field On KK_BUDGET_HDR.
When trying to post a budget journal and the process does not complete successfully, can find the process on the Source Header Unlock page. Unlocking the transaction resets the appropriate fields on KK_SOURCE_HDR but does not reset the BUDGET_HDR_STATUS field on the transaction record KK_BUDGET_HDR. Without that field being reset, you still cannot process the transaction but instead receive below error message -
REPLICATION STEPS
1.Enter budget journal
2.Run batch budget journal post and immediately cancel process after initiated
3.Unlock process instance for above budget journal on Source Header Unlock page
4.Open budget journal and try to post online - get error message that journal still locked
