Can “Mark Reviewed” and “Manage Interviews” Options be Deleted from Manage Hires Group Action Box?

Goal
On the Manage Hires page there is a drop down "Group Actions" which shows “Mark Reviewed” and “Manage Interviews”. We removed security for Hiring Managers for both “Mark Reviewed” and “Manage Interviews”. Now when the Hiring Manager clicks on either Recruiting Action, they get a "not authorized" message.
We do not want the user to see the “Mark Reviewed” and “Manage Interviews” in the drop down list at all. And want to remove these options from the menu.
Is there a way to remove these options from the Group Action > Recruiting Actions > “Mark Reviewed” and “Manage Interviews” ?
