eBenefits Life Events - Employee Able To Close Life Event Activity Without Approval On Document (Doc ID 1984540.1)

Life Events have been configured to require approval for a document uploaded by the employee via self service. When the employee uploads the document such as a birth certificate during the course of the life event activity via self service, it gets routed to the benefits administrator for approval. However it allows the employee to move forward with the remaining activity steps and close out the event. Since approval is marked as required, it does not open up benefits enrollment for the employee. There is a message on that page that reads ' Your record will open for election once your request is approved.', however it does allow the employee to click next and then click the complete pushbutton on the activity and close the life event out.

The employee should not be able to close out the life event activity instance if there is a pending approval status for the document attached as a part of that activity.
