Non-Health Benefit Plans Do Not Open for Election when Select Allowed Current Plan + Waive (Doc ID 1994073.1)

The Select Allowed setting on the Event Rule for a non-Health Plan Type is Current Plan + Waive for an event. However, the Plan Type is not opening for employee election on this event.


1. Configure the Event Rule with Select Allowed of Current Plan + Waive (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Automated Benefits > Eligibility and Event Rules > Event Rules Table).
2. Prepare the event for an employee (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
3. Check Benefits Enrollment in Self Service for availability of making elections for these Plan Types or the Election Entry page for On-Demand Event Maintenance
    (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment or Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
