Symptoms
Issue:

Spreadsheet upload gives below error message when the password is about to expire whereas, PIA would allow you to continue to work.
Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Go to PeopleTools > Security > Password Configuration > Password Controls.
Setup password expiration after 3 days. Also, say warn for 3 days.
2. Using the above user ID (for which the password control has been setup),
upload a journal via spreadsheet. Notice the error message.
3. Change the password, user would be allowed to upload the journal.
