When attempting to import Spreadsheet journal with % in journal header or line description the following error occurs.
Error:

Invalid userid or password. Please check if your login information is invalid or expired.
or
JRNL1.xlsm fails with First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member GetCount. (180,236) WEBLIB_GL.JOURNAL_ID.FieldFormula Name:Import_Journal PCPC:57723 Statement:712

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1. Open JRNL1.xlsm
2. Setup new sheet
3. Enter New Journal that includes a % in the journal line description
4. Enter lines
5. Import now
6. Receive error
7. Remove % from description
8. Import now and see successful import
