Employee's Descriptions of Multiple Uploaded Documents Not Visible on Approve Document Upload Page (Doc ID 2002815.1)

Symptoms

Employees may upload more than one document in support of a Life Event. On the page on which selection of documents for approval or denial must occur, it is not possible to identify which document is which. When the document description is clicked on the Approve Document Upload page, the individual documents with the employee's description can be seen on the Maintain Attachments page. However, documents cannot be approved or denied on that page, only on the previous one.

STEPS
---------------------------

1. Employee uploads more than one document in support of a Life Event (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Events).
1. Attempt to approve/deny Life Event uploaded documents. (Navigation: Benefits > Approve Document Upload).
