Unable to Change Staging Status of Requisitions Using Sourcing Workbench Details Page (Doc ID 2007684.1)

Symptoms

When trying to change the stage status of requisitions from "Error" to "Error Recycle" using the Sourcing Workbench Details page, the status is updated incorrectly when modifying multiple instances. For example, when making changes to 3 instances (6119 STG ID:124, 6119 STG ID:123 and 6119 STG ID: 125) from "Error" to "Error Recycle", only two instances get saved (6119 STG ID:123 and 6119 STG ID: 125). The issue occurs only on details page and when we modify multiple instances. All works fine for a single line change.

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Search for all items in Stage Status= Error. Pick an instance and note an identifier for the lines of the instance: PO Stg ID (in Stage Info TAB).
2.Enter the Details page in every line individually.
3.Set the status to Error Recycle in the Details Page of each line.
4.Save, then return to Sourcing Page.
5.Repeat the action for every line of the Process Instance.
6.From the Search Criteria, search for the process instance that we changed the lines to.
7.One line is left in Error status. Check the PO Stage ID. It is the first line changed to Error Recycle.
