Symptoms

When an employee creates a Birth Life Event, the child’s birth date is entered to begin the event and then the employee is asked to confirm that date by clicking a Submit button. After the employee does this, a confirmation page is displayed and the employee clicks the OK button. The employee is then returned to the previous page that still requests that the Submit button be clicked although the button no longer displays.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Select the “I had a baby” event (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Events).
2. Enter the baby’s birth date.
3. Click OK.
4. System returns to Welcome page.
5. Click Next.
6. On the Birth Date page, the employee is prompted by the instructions to click the Submit button to confirm the date that was originally entered or the new date if it is changed and does so.
7. A confirmation page is displayed.
8. Click OK.
9. The same Birth Date page displays with the same instructions to click the Submit button but the button is no longer displayed.
