Symptoms
Online journal edit GL_JEDIT_0 process Temp table initialising taking too long.
In the online journal edit GL_JEDIT_0 process when the temp tables are being dedicated for GL_JEDIT_0 and for GL_JPROC out of 14 mins taken for editing of Journal, 12 minutes are utilised doing truncate of TAO tables and initialising the instances. Customer's TRC and AET files for online Journal Edit shows the timings for instance dedication and truncates.
NOTE: The same issue with truncate of temp tables occurring in PC_PRICING process as well.
