When attempting to Run On Demand Event Maintenance (PSPBARUN) for an employee, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire employee
2. Navigate to Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance
3. Schedule/Prepare HIR event
4. Enter plan elections (Medical HDHP plan and HSA)
5. Validate/Finalize enrollment
