Refresh Snapshot Process Does Not Populate Tables For Employees With A Future Dated Address

Employees with a future dated address change do not have rows populated on the snapshot tables after running the Refresh Benefit Snapshot process.
1. Add a future dated Home and Mailing address for an employee. Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person
2. Run the BEN100a process prior to the future dated address. Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot
No rows are populating for Benefits Snapshot tables. Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Review Snapshot Information
