Request For Functionality To Add Process Instance And To Clear Retro Benefit/Deduction Messages (Doc ID 2026152.1)

In Retro Benefit/Deductions, the RETRODED_MSG table (Payroll for North America > Retroactive Payroll > Retro Benefits/Deductions > Process and Review Requests > Retro Benefit/Ded Messages) doesn't have a datetime stamp or unique indicator to show when the message was generated, or what process instance generated the message. The business cannot visually tell which messages came from which process.

Request an enhancement be created to have the Date the message was generated added to the message information.

Another missing feature is, when subsequent processes are run, old messages remain under this page. Other COBOL processes like the normal pay calc usually make messages disappear when subsequent processes are run for the same run control parameters that caused the error message.  However, as Retro Benefits deductions can not be recalculated like these other processes, we request a method to clear messages.
