E-IB: How to Set up Permissions on Consumer REST Based Service? (Doc ID 2027787.1)

Integration Broker service operation defintions usually have on the General tab a link Service Operation Security that lead to permission setting page.
However the consumer REST service operation definitions are an exception, they do not have the Service Operation Security on their definition page.
Nor do consumer REST operations appear in the Integration Network Center pages for security or in the Permission Lists setup for Web Services.

Nevertheless, they do need to be assigned permissions so that users could monitor their transactions, where and how to set it up those permissions?
